Her blog covers all of the F-words a lady should know: Fashion\, Family\, Face\, Food\, Fun\, and now Fiestas! Along the way\, LauRen's gypsy soul has led her to jump out of airplanes with the US Army's Golden Knights\, travel overseas on four USO entertainment tours\, dance professionally for both the NBA and the NFL\, and was Miss Pennsylvania USA 2008 and Top 5 at Miss USA!
