Each community is different. That is why Partners is hosting a series of community meetings to address this concept with mental health providers, physical health providers and community members to set the stage for partnerships, collaborations and joint ventures to make this vision a reality in each community. Our goal is for all citizens, law enforcement, service professionals and practitioners to know where to go when behavioral health care services are needed.
