Description
Hello all! CrossFit Belmont will be hosting a crossifit event in honor of the American hero Lt. Michael Murphy. Yes, he is the one from the book and movie "Lone Survivor." There is a $20.00 participation fee which goes towards charity. The event will consist of several crossfit workouts (at your own pace.) As well as a lot of great fellowship and free samples and chances to purchase from the Nutrishop!
