Free OTC Give Away in Gastonia! NC MedAssist, a nonprofit pharmacy program that provides free prescription medicines to low-income/uninsured North Carolinians across the state, will partner with the Gaston County Department of Health & Human Services (formerly DSS) to host a FREE over the counter (OTC) medicine Give Away Day on Tuesday, March 31st for any individual or family willing to attest to having a financial need.
