Description
Program: Over a ten-month period, participants in the Leadership Gaston experience are given an in-depth look at the skills necessary for effective community leadership. Participants can enhance their leadership capabilities through instruction and application. Through a series of day-long sessions, the participants are offered a unique glimpse of our community, along with its challenges and opportunities issues and needs.
