Leadership Gaston, a signature program of the Gaston Business Association, is designed to develop informed, connected, and committed leaders who are ready to shape the future of our community. During the program, participants gained unique insight into the county’s economic drivers, civic systems, and cultural assets — while building relationships that will strengthen both their professional and personal leadership journeys.
