As a respected leader in the real estate industry, Angelia has built her business on relationships, integrity, and a deep understanding of the local market. She will share her entrepreneurial journey, the challenges she’s navigated, and the strategies that have helped her grow and lead successfully.

Angelia Hope Black is the Owner of Premier South, the largest real estate firm in Gaston County, and a highly respected leader in the real estate industry. Born and raised in Mount Holly, North Carolina, she brings more than 23 years of experience and a deep-rooted understanding of the local market to her work. Angelia has built her business on strong relationships, integrity, and a commitment to doing what’s right for both clients and agents.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Angelia holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, providing a strong financial foundation that supports her strategic and entrepreneurial approach to real estate. Under her leadership, Premier South has expanded beyond Gaston County and now includes an office in Fort Mill, South Carolina. She is a passionate business owner and a dedicated advocate for agent growth and long-term success.

Angelia is a twin, a driven leader, and—most importantly—a proud mom to two amazing kids, Samantha and Evan, who inspire her every day.
