SUMMARY
Provides comprehensive and accelerated coaching and rigorous navigation services across virtual and in person platforms to prepare participants to advance and leverage career readiness activities that lead to successful completion of training, career planning and employment. Develops new perspectives to establish and achieve goals for the individuals to attain family-sustaining employment, retention, advancement, and long-term career and financial stability.
