About Us

The original formation of Gaston HR in 1944 derived its format from the exchange of ideas and discussion among area personnel professionals.

Since its early beginnings, we have evolved into a group that has a more diverse function, with regard to personnel and human resources, than ever before. As such, we have endeavored to develop and offer training and seminars to meet the continually evolving organizational and professional needs of our membership.

Our organization meets monthly, not only to network, but we also feature a guest speaker focusing on cutting-edge issues in areas such as human resources, benefits and compensation, safety, labor and employment law, as well as many other industry-related topics.
