Chisa Brookes is a commercial real estate broker with MECA Commercial Real Estate, specializing in industrial, land, and investment assets throughout the Greater Charlotte and Gaston region. She serves on the Commercial Committee and Economic Development Committee for NC Realtors and is an active policy voice through the Government Affairs Committees for both the Canopy Realtor Association (Iredell, Mecklenburg, and Union counties) and the Gaston Association of Realtors.
With a background in engineering and experience as a federally certified 8(a) general contractor, Chisa brings a practical, development-minded perspective to every project. Her work focuses on advancing smart growth, strategic investment, and long-term economic vitality across the region.
