Tonya Allen brings 25+ years of business development and operations experience across nonprofit, public sector, and entrepreneurial ventures. She has built and scaled organizations from launch through maturity, developing strategic partnerships, identifying market opportunities, and creating sustainable revenue models. Expertise spans financial strategy, budget management, governance and board-level leadership, and the hands-on operations that make organizations run. Equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the details, moving vision into measurable results. While new to hospitality, her track record in business development, business management, financial planning, and organizational leadership positions her to build and operate New Journey Wine Lounge.
