Productive Tool is a third-generation, family-owned manufacturer proudly rooted in Dallas, North Carolina. Founded in 1989 by siblings Amy and Chris Brooks, the company began as a small machine shop focused on precision craftsmanship and dependable service. Over the decades, we built lasting relationships and a reputation for doing things the right way. With a commitment to innovative automation and customer satisfaction, we expanded from a 7,000-square-foot facility to a 50,000-square-foot operation across two locations, processing nearly a million pounds of raw materials per month. This shift fueled significant revenue growth, expanded our team of skilled professionals, and enhanced our machinery capabilities. Since 2020, we’ve delivered over 78 million parts to the U.S. solar industry.
